This Refund Policy explains how exchanges, returns and refunds work for products sold by Carla Yokota Comércio de Auto Peças LTDA (“Fusa Auto Peças”, “we”), CNPJ 31.648.796/0001-17, Av. Mateo Bei, 1319, Loja 2, São Mateus, São Paulo – SP, 03949-011, Brazil. Specific conditions agreed in a quote, order or contract prevail over this general policy, and nothing here limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990).
1. Right of withdrawal
Purchases made online, by WhatsApp or by phone may be cancelled within 7 days of receiving the product, as provided in article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. The part must be returned unused, not installed and in its original packaging, and all amounts paid, including shipping, will be refunded.
2. Wrong or incompatible parts
Before purchasing, please confirm your vehicle’s make, model, year and engine version with our team. If you receive a part that does not match your order, contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no cost to you. Parts that have already been installed can only be exchanged in case of defect.
3. Defective parts and warranty
Auto parts are durable goods covered by the 90-day legal warranty provided in article 26 of the Consumer Defense Code, in addition to any warranty offered by the manufacturer. Contact us with your invoice and a description of the problem. If the defect is not resolved within the legal period, you may choose replacement, a refund or a proportional price reduction, as provided by law.
4. Delivery and inspection
Please check the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged or items are missing, report it to us as soon as possible, preferably with photos.
5. Marketplace purchases
For purchases made through marketplaces, requests may also follow the procedures of the marketplace platform, without limiting your rights under consumer law.
6. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made using the original payment method, or by bank transfer or Pix, within up to 10 business days after approval.
